MarginPatch provides digital audit and report services.
Digital Service
Because MarginPatch generates custom analysis based on uploaded order data, refunds may be limited once analysis has started or a report has been generated.
Refunds May Be Available When
A refund may be issued if:
- MarginPatch cannot generate your report
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- A technical issue prevents delivery of the paid report
- You purchased by mistake and contact us before analysis begins
Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact : billing@marginpatch.com
Please include:
- Your email address
- Payment date
- PayPal transaction reference if available
- Reason for the refund request
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back through the original payment method when possible.
