The service may include:

• Free shipping threshold recommendations
• Downloadable CSV exports
• Paid audit reports

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Uploading accurate and relevant data
• Removing unnecessary personal data before upload
• Reviewing all recommendations before making business decisions
• Confirming shipping costs, carrier invoices, Shopify settings, and internal policies

Analytical Estimates

MarginPatch provides analytical estimates based on uploaded order data.

Actual shipping costs, carrier invoices, Shopify settings, packaging, discounts, fulfillment methods, and merchant decisions may affect final results.

MarginPatch does not guarantee a specific amount of savings, profit recovery, or revenue improvement.

Payments

Paid reports and services may be processed through PayPal.

MarginPatch does not store your card details.

Report Delivery

Reports may be delivered through the website, email, downloadable files, or customer dashboard depending on the service purchased.

Prohibited Use

You may not use MarginPatch to:

• Upload unlawful data
• Attempt to access another merchant’s data
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Reverse engineer or copy the service
• Use the service for fraudulent activity

Limitation of Liability

MarginPatch is provided for business analysis and decision support.

You are responsible for final business decisions, shipping policy changes, pricing changes, and Shopify configuration changes.
